San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato.- Neighbors of La Esmeralda found two black bags with human remains a few meters from the entrance to the subdivision.
The Guanajuato Prosecutor’s Office reported that the sex of the victim could not be determined.
It was reported that two bags with the remains of a person were abandoned at the entrance to said subdivision during the early morning.
But it was not until 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday that authorities came to confirm the report made by the residents.
