Through preventive actions, the Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC) prevents identity and data theft from the population, through posters posted on public roads with QR codes.
Given this situation, the San Miguel SSC invites the population to prevent any theft of personal data and confidential information that could affect them, under the deception produced by the false messages on said posters. It is recommended to ignore them, not to open digital links, or encourage their consumption out of curiosity.
Since the first citizen reports occurred at the end of last year, said posters were detected, linked to social networks without content, which transmit computer viruses and even open the possibility of identity theft.
In this sense, given the presence of more posters and recent citizen reports, the removal operation was intensified at different points in the city, identified as sites of mass concentration of people.
Acting with prevention, the Secretariat of Citizen Security protects the population and its information, because in San Miguel we do things well, since security is made by everyone.
