Harvest Festivals: Wine, Gastronomy, and Economic Impact
The 2025 Harvest Festivals will be held in six municipalities of Guanajuato between August and October. More than 12,000 visitors are expected, along with an economic impact of 11.6 million pesos. The Tierra de Luz vineyards (León), San José Lavista and Toyán (San Miguel de Allende), and Los Arcángeles (Dolores Hidalgo) will be key venues.
This event is part of the “Guanajuato Sí Sabe” strategy, which promotes wine and gastronomy as pillars of new tourism. The harvests offer sensory experiences, tastings, live music, and vineyard tours, positioning the state as a benchmark for wine tourism.
National Tourism Summit: San Miguel de Allende as a Historic Venue
From September 3rd to 5th, San Miguel de Allende will host the 5th National Tourism Summit, under the theme “The New Tourism: Culture and Prosperity.” For the first time outside of Mexico City, this event will bring together more than 120 industry leaders, including state secretaries, ambassadors, business leaders, and academics.
Organized by CUMBRES HUB, it seeks to generate strategic alliances that boost tourism as an economic engine. San Miguel becomes the epicenter of the debate on the future of tourism in Mexico, with innovative proposals and a long-term vision.
National Holidays: Tradition and Color in the Birthplace of Independence
Guanajuato celebrates Fiestas Patrias with events in Dolores Hidalgo, León, and San Miguel de Allende. The traditional Grito de Dolores, carnival rides, concerts, and religious activities fill the main squares with color and patriotic fervor.

The Automotive Supplier Forum will be held from September 10 to 11. It will bring together OEMs, Tier 1 companies, and emerging suppliers, consolidating León as the main business meeting point for the sector. The aim is to strengthen the supply chain and promote innovative solutions.
From September 24th to 27th, the 19th International Wound Healing Congress will be held, featuring symposia, workshops, and keynote addresses. This event will bring together global experts to share the latest innovations in comprehensive wound care.

Music and Entertainment: León Vibrates with Great Shows
León will host shows for all audiences. The Lara Campos Show on September 13th will delight the little ones.
The Vamos Otra Vez Fest, on September 6th, revives happy punk with bands like Allison and Delux.
The Palenque de la Feria will host Horóscopos de Durango on September 12th, Marca Registrada on September 26th, and Chayanne on September 30th, offering unforgettable nights of regional music and Latin pop. The cultural offering is complemented by immersive experiences and themed festivals.
