Mexican real estate finance leader HIR Casa, with more than 30 years of experience, announced the opening of a new office in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, in collaboration with the American fintech MoXi®, specializing in the international mortgage sector.
The opening took place on October 7, 2025, in Ilo Rojo, with the participation of strategic partners, developers, real estate advisors, and clients. This new location will allow it to directly serve domestic and international clients, particularly those from Canada, the United States, Mexico, and other countries, interested in investing in Mexico.

With more than 45 billion pesos financed, 22,600 clients supported, and AAA-rated stock issues on the Mexican Stock Exchange, HIR Casa reinforces its commitment to providing access to secure and personalized financial solutions.

Gerardo Gómez, Commercial Director for the Interior of the Republic and Real Estate Developers, emphasized that San Miguel de Allende’s strategic location responds to the growing interest of international buyers in acquiring properties in the country.
According to Daniel González, Deputy General Manager of HIR Casa, “the high demand for housing from foreign clients drives real estate growth and diversifies our loan portfolio, strengthening the company’s profitability.” In 2024 alone, San Miguel de Allende received more than $820 million in foreign direct investment, making it the city with the highest FDI in Guanajuato.
