An American tourist was captured on video behaving aggressively towards a café attendant in San Miguel de Allende; the video has since gone viral on social networks.
A cafeteria employee was responsible for recording the woman who apparently became upset because she did not receive what she had ordered. However, the video reveals that it was the customer who made a mistake in her order, but upon refusing to accept her error, she caused damage to the establishment.
She also verbally assaulted the attendant, who remained very patient with the tourist as she left the establishment in an annoyed and aggressive manner.
