Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico: everything you need to know about the event from October 14 to 17

In this edition, the Mexican fashion week will have a hybrid model with some intimate catwalks and digital presentations. We tell you.

This year, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico (MBFWMX) commemorates its 28th edition, which will take place on this occasion in a hybrid model, which will combine the face-to-face format with the digital one.

We tell you what you should know about this event.

-Mexican fashion week takes place from October 14 to 17.

-Before this event, there were previous experiences in relevant cities of the country, as the event sought to expand its coordinates to promote culture, tourism and the gradual reactivation of the local industry.

-In this way, during August and September, the presentations were carried out on the Mercedes-Benz # ManejaMéxico route.

-The stellar names were Collectiva Concepción at the Abasolo distillery; Carla Fernández + Nohbords in San Miguel de Allende, as well as in Guadalajara the parades of Alfredo Martínez, Benito Santos and Julia and Renata.

-During the four days of October, the new proposals of Mexican designers will be presented, with fashion shows in face-to-face and virtual formats.

-The conventional catwalk will become an intimate experience, with sanitary precautions, for the shows of Kris Goyri, Lorena Saravia presented by Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, Pink Magnolia, Alexia Ulibarri and MANCANDY presented by Mykita.

-The digital billboard will be made up of 41 presentations on the official channel of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Mexico.

-There will also be live broadcasts and exclusive content of the face-to-face fashion shows on the MBFWMX channels.

-In addition, in this edition there will be digital presentations from four international firms: Dayana Kaver from Costa Rica and Andrea Urquizu, Mila Kartei and Min Angostini from Argentina. With them, the event joins the Latin American fashion conversation to concentrate efforts and provide a quality panorama at a global level.
