GUANAJUATO STANDS OUT IN THE 100 MUST-SEES OF MEXICO 2022

The 2 World Heritage Cities of the state of Guanajuato: San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato capital, have restaurant owners, hoteliers, winemakers and artisans who offer the experiences most loved by tourists from Mexico and the world.

In the Hacienda el Salitre restaurant, located in Querétaro, the award ceremony was held for the winners of the “100 Must-Sees of Mexico 2022” contest, organized by the National Tourism Guide.

Guanajuato stood out for the great offer, excellent service, for its charming spaces, for its surprising art, for its exquisite dishes, the dedication of the hosts.

The must-sees of #Mexico in the Guanajuato entity in the Hotel category are: Rosewood and Boutique Hacienda el Santuario, in San Miguel de Allende; and El Castillo de Santa Cecilia, in Guanajuato; in the Restaurant category are: Casa Mercedes, Teresita of the Hotel Boutique Villa María Cristina, and El Jardín de los Milagros, all 3 in Guanajuato capital.

In the Attractions category, the Tres Raíces winery, located in the capital of Guanajuato, stood out; and in the Artists/Artisans category, it went to the incomparable Hermes Arroyo for his Mojigangas, a work made in San Miguel de Allende.
