PRIME Steak Club opens new gastronomic experience in San Miguel de Allende


San Miguel de Allende is one of the most iconic cities in Mexico.

PRIME Steak Club in San Miguel de Allende offers unique spaces designed specially to enhance the coexistence with family and friends.

PRIME Steak Club, a concept that was born three years ago in Mexico City, opens its doors now in San Miguel de Allende, World Heritage City of the State of Guanajuato.

Today, on behalf of Juan José Álvarez Brunel, Secretary of Tourism of the State of Guanajuato, Yunuen Stephanie Jiménez Mejía, Director of Public Relations, was present at the opening of this new gastronomic experience in the destination, a reflection of the good work that the State Government does together with the private investment.

“The commitment of the SECTUR with the sector is to continue supporting the chefs and restaurants that bet on settling here and show the world the good gastronomy that we offer. In the State we attend to the visitors with the hospitality and warmth that characterizes the sanmiguelenses”, pointed out Yunuen Stephanie.

The concept -inspired by the love of meat, the grill and the good food- is led by the Grill Master, Gabino López, who designed a culinary experience of another level, evolving the classic steakhouse with fusion dishes of Mexican cuisine, and the widest and most exquisite offer of cuts and qualities of meat, prepared in 3 different types of cooking with top-level equipment. Basque grill and firewood to take them to an extraordinary level of flavor.

PRIME Steak Club, located next to the Aqua hotel in El Obraje, is a new gastronomic proposal that not only represents an exciting milestone for the brand and the Group, but also a continuous commitment to the economic growth of the country with a private investment of more than 100 million pesos and the generation of 110 direct jobs in San Miguel de Allende.
