In the state so far there have been no reported deaths or seriously ill patients hospitalized, since in Mexico 18 thousand serious cases have already been reported, of which 45% are with warning signs.
If not treated promptly they can die, that is why they are looking for very active epidemiological surveillance in Silao, San Miguel de Allende and the rest of the state.

Dengue is not transmitted from person to person, it is transmitted by mosquito bites, so health authorities invite the population to avoid having objects or places that allow water to pool, which is where mosquitoes breed.
They will also begin nebulization campaigns to get rid of mosquitoes, but they assured that this is not the solution and does not guarantee getting rid of them, the best thing is to prevent them from reproducing.
