Man dies in armed attack on beer warehouse in San Miguel de Allende

In a targeted armed attack, a man was killed inside a beer warehouse located on the San Miguel de Allende-Querétaro state highway, during the course of Friday night.
According to the first reports, the events occurred in front of the Jalpa junction, so far the victim remains unknown.

The armed attack was reported to the 911 Emergency Center, indicating that several gunshots were heard inside the business, requesting the presence of emergency units.

Public Security elements arrived, seeing a man with no vital signs who, at first glance, showed signs of gunshot wounds, so the place was immediately cordoned off and secured.

Later, both Agents from the Criminal Investigation Agency and the State Attorney General’s Office began processing the place, as well as collecting ballistic evidence.

These will be included in the investigation file in order to find the person or persons responsible for the events. Finally, the body was transferred to the facilities of the Forensic Medical Service where the autopsy required by law will be performed.
